Here’s a great presentation by our own Dan Clark on making a Steinbeer, along with our April meeting minutes. Steinbeer is a ancient beer style made using heated hot rocks lowered into the wort, creating a unique blend of caramel, mineral, and smoke flavor. Cheers!
