- A tart slightly salty low ABV wheat beer of German decent great for the upcoming hot weather

- Everyone do the exact same recipe so we can evaluate differences in techniques, water, fermenting, packaging etc...

RIBS ACROSS THE US
We are going to work on an interactive"ish" map representing RIBS winning competition medals across the US. This will show our national presence and hopefully encourage the group to put themselves out there and target competitions in empty states. Obviously the goal will be to fill in the map!
